It was a delightful surprise reading Johan's new book, "Adventures of Duo', the second one in the young boy's ambitious series. At a tender age, the young writer fascinates us with his fantastic imagination and fabulous command of language. He skillfully weaves an adventurous tale of expedition by two boys, Benjamin and David, exploring a series of wonders of yore. Although the influence of the books he has read is traceable as its inspirational foundation, the craft and the linguistic charm are unmissable. The book reveals a child's power of observation and deep, wide reading through which he has gathered an extensive vocabulary, command of language and craft, which he sets before the young generation of the digital age to emulate and be inspired.
